Filson 24-Hour Tin Briefcase Otter Green

Designed by Filson for all weather conditions. Made with Filson’s Tin Cloth, this briefcase is made to resist tearing, abrasion and moisture. The cloth is treated with a petroleum base wax to increase its water repellence. The fabric does have an oily texture, but will provide an armour-like protection against rain, mud and other elements.

The interior is fully lined and has an interior laptop divider (up to 15”) and two interior stow pockets plus a large compartment in the middle. The external pockets and main compartment are closed with a rust-resistant solid brass zip. In all this bag has 12 pockets/compartments, the two zipped pouches to the front have a convenient zip that opens up the top and side of the pouch. To the inside, as you look at the bag, the right pocket has a smaller zippered internal pocket, and to the left, the pocket has an organising panel for pens or your phone. Behind these zippered pockets are deep open pouches, to the rear there is also a deep open pouch, of which has a snap closure on a webbed lanyard for attaching keys etc.

The top has a zippered closure with a storm flap covering with a bridle leather incorporating a popper closure, all zips are brass and rust resistant. The carry handles are made from saddle strength leather and the removable shoulder strap is made from a durable webbing with leather accents and brass snap fittings. Also included is Filson’s original oil finish wax, to help maintain maximum water repellence.
